Can I donate bone marrow under the age of 18?

I want to donate bone marrow to my cousin who suffers from leukemia and needs a transplant and none of his siblings are a match. What are the chances of me being a match?? He's male, I'm female, does that make a difference?? can I donate it while under 18? is it an extensive procedure???
