How do I convince my husband that home schooling our only daughter will give her advantages...?

I am a freshman in a Cyber school, and I have also attended public k-8. I agree that homeschooling can and will benefit a student's education. However, kids still need to socialize. They need to be able to hang out with friends there own age. I agree with you about the fact the public schools are not the best environment to be learning in. There are lots of things that you want you child to avoid while in public school, like drugs, alcohol, and other things. But you can't completely cut you daughter off from the outside world, make sure she still gets to be around other kids, and just be a kid. But all in all, homeschooling is a great option!
