How is asking about and a woman's motivation for showing it, a violation of community guidelines?

I have asked this question twice... It has been deleted twice for a "violation of community guidlines"... I have reviewed the guidelines, and I find no "guideline" that would suggest that this question is in violation of anything... Is it just prudish idiots reporting this question as offensive, that is leading to it's deletion, or am I missing something here? Since when is , as a topic of discussion, offensive? I want some answers dammit...
