I have 1995 Nissan Altima GLE that is sputtering as I accelerate from a dead stop till about 3K rpm.?

It seems to be fine after that. I think it is fuel related, i.e. Fuel Filter, Fuel Pump or Relay. Any one have an answer? Please help this is my only means of transportation to and from work over an hour away. I tried a bottle of Fuel injector cleaner and that didn't help. My concern is getting stranded out on the highway.
