I have the highest stress in the world?

Exercise, listen to calming music, eat some dark chocolate, watch a comedy that is so funny it makes you cry, take a bubble bath, get lost in a good book, write down what's causing your stress then burn the paper, call a friend, visit a friend, volunteer at your local hospital, the possibilities are endless. Stop thinking about how stressed you are and go help someone or do something about it. And believe me, you don't have the highest stress level in the world.
