Hiring a caricaturist? Birthday party themes/ideas for turning 17?

You could head up to Carousel and so some lazer tag and watch a movie :) (and have some pizza, etc.).. not sure if there are many caricaturists around here :) ... you could probably just have a friend who is good at art (or probably would be better if they weren't good) do some drawings ... probably cheaper that way too! :)
