Strict and overbearing parents.?

My parents have been strict all of life. Every summer, I have to stay indoors all day while they're at work, so I can't hang out with any friends. They can't come over either, because my mom is a hoarder and doesn't want anyone to see the state of the house. They even have someone WATCH me just to make sure I don't leave the house. I'm ******* sick of this. Does anyone have any advice? I've tried talking it out with my parents in a civil manner, but all they say is "HERP DERP WE'RE YOUR PARENTS AND YOU NEED TO OBEY US!!!!111"
