What can you tell me about UNC Wilmington?

I will be an out-of-state transfer applicant to the University of North Carolina in Wilmington. I am currently an English major at SUNY Binghamton, in New York. What can you tell me about UNCW's academic reputation? How do employers regard the school, both in and outside of North Carolina? How is their English program? What can you say about campus and student life in general? How does it compare to Binghamton? Thank you.
