Bake a Birthday Cake...Not Me!!!?

Well there are lots of great options. Firstly, if you really don't want to bake just go to any grocery store like Ralphs or Albertsons that has a bakery section where they usually have plain freshly baked cakes, like angel food cake. From there you can just add whatever frosting or toppings you like, you can even cut the cake in half horizontally and insert whatever filling you like. Or you can buy plain boxed cake mix and add different extract flavors to give the cake a unique taste and buy some frosting and you're done. Also if you're friend likes ice cream cakes just get some premade pie crust or make you're own graham cracker crust, bake it off and then buy some ice cream and mix in her some of her favorite things like chocolate chips or crumbled oreos, pour it into the tin with the crust and then freeze it overnight and you've got a simple, easy, birthday cake.
