What should I eat . . . ??

first of all, im a 14 year old girl, and i weigh 140 pounds. im only 5'6" and im NOT fat. its called muscle... there is no way your fat at 116 pounds. now, stop worrying about your weight! also, try excersise not diet. the only thing i would cut is the chocolate bar, causes acne too. go run a mile or two, some crunches and push ups. u will be fine! stop ur worrying girl!
