Stomach ulcer advice

Heyy guys, so i've discovered that i had a bleeding ulcer back in october..and they put me on a few medicine; prilosec, prevacid [which worked the best] and now zantac. ever since..it's been a little shakey to me..i've noticed that i've been a little *ahem..gy? and my stomach grumbles at night a lot! like something is moving around mostly around my upper abdomen. so please, i need your advice..and thank you!
