Well I have seen your dinner table.... I know you *cook* as oppose to defrosting and heating pre-made food. So you would *know* your ingredients. That said he has probably ingested nut extracts before now, and not had a reaction. Since he ate nutty ingredients directly with no reaction, id say you were safe.
