My bottom right part of my abdominal is hurting and..?

My bottom right part of my abdominal is hurting and it hurts to laugh, cough, to touch it, and bending over. I took my temperature and it was 96.5. It is weird because the last few days my back was hurting and the same spot but on my back... i spent a while streching the last few days trying to make my back feel better but nothing helped... then this morning this happened... what should i do.. the doctor isnt opened today, i could go to urgent care but dont want to if i dont have to... thought it could be appendicitis (hope not).
