If no time traveller has ever been doented, would this be proof we will never discover time travel?

Certainly not proof that we will never discover time travel. If anything, it may stand as proof for certain limits on time travel, such as that a time machine (forgive the cliche term) could not travel back in time beyond the point in time at which it was created.
