I have a 14" and it makes me light headed when fully erect is there anyway to reduce its size??

it means that when i make love i can only really manage a semi-on. although my girl friend still find this very pleasurable it leaves me wanting a little more. I have also had to fake oragasms to avoid over stimulation and fainting can any one help me
