I feel like a pig, I ate so much junk today!?

I had a baby almost 2 weeks ago and lost all of the pregnancy weight plus a few extra pounds. I have cut down my calorie intake to about 800 calories a day. Today i seriously splurged and now feel like a cow. I had 12 cookies, 5 pieces of chewy toffee candy, fish and potatoes,2 cups of soda,2 cups of orange juice, 2 turkey sandwiches with cheese,2 tuna sandwiches with cheese,2 bites of cheesecake icecream..I feel guilty for eating all of that junk and now worried i am going to gain back some lbs from today..Dont even know why i got this big craving for all this food..Will this day of eating nothing but junk cause me to gain back some lbs or will it be fine if i continue back my reg diet tomorrow? Thanks
