HELP ASAP. My friend always brags?

i have this friend who brags about everything. well shes not really my friend but yeah. shes the reason we have all these outbursts in cl and why we cant get through one lesson in cl without her having to make such a big deal about everything. she has a birthmark on her face, yes its quite noticeable. and yes some people make fun of her because of that. but she uses that as her excuse for everything !! and btw, not everyone needs to know that you have your period right ? well lets say she asks to go to the bathroom just to meet up with her friend or go on her phone and the teacher says no, she would be all like " OH MY GOSH, BUT I HAVE MY PERIOD. WHY WONT YOU LET ME GO ?" BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH. im sick and tired of that. she also brags about how shes getting a blackberry phone. and how she gets everything she wants. she even claims to have lost money underneath her bed but her mom just gives her more money anyways. and now, she had this fight about this "popular" girl wetting her phone when we went to the park for a trip. it was a water park too. and apparently this happened, : the popular one sprayed a little bit of water on her for fun. then the braggy girl says not to wet her cuz she has her phone in her pocket. and she does it anyways. im sure she wouldnt do anything like that on purpose though.. so when i ask her if i can see what happend to her phone shes all , "oh i turned it off cuz i dont want it to be damaged more. or . " my mom is gonna like, get so mad at her, like. shes gonna like tell the principal on her and shes gonna get suspended. " she wants EVERYTHING THING her way. and NOWWW, she keeps bragging about how shes moving school. tbh, i dont think anyone cares. shes forced people to be her friend, gave attitude to the teacher, principal, and clmates. bothers people, DOES NOT keep secrets. and every freakin five seconds she says . " IM MOVING SCHOOLS. LIKE, I HATE THIS SCHOOL ITS SO RETARDED." honestly, the year when she moved last year ( she came in grade five, moved, came back, so we're in grade seven now.) was better !! there were no rumors, friendship problems, or just plain bullshhh from her. sorry for my language im just REALLY REALLY frustrated. please help me im sick and tired of this....
