For a good powerpoint presentation What do i need to include?

I'm doing a powerpoint presentation on The Columbihne Macre. UI need some good pointers on what exactly i need to incluse. My speech has to be about 5 minutes, but I have no idea what to put to make it that long.. Please helpppp me!!
